Different people have different ideas about the green train, which it may carry youth, dreams, poetry and the far afield... The Nandong “Merit” train used to be a commuter from Jiayuguan, Gansu to Jinyintan, Qinghai. The whole train has 8 carriages and is more than 200 meters long. Jinyintan, Qinghai was the research and development base of nuclear weapons in China, where was the creation of the first atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb. It is a special train that transported the scientists of the "two bombs and one satellite" in those years. After completing its historical mission, now we transport the "green train" to Xinjian Village and name it “Merit”.

     The “Merit” train complex has been officially opened to the public as it was completely upgraded and got renovation. It includes a century-old train exhibition area, a carriage memory exhibition area, a sand table train exhibition area, a characteristic train souvenir store and a train dining bar. In which, you will enjoy experiencing history and having a journey through time.

Next to the Merit train is a sea of flowers. There are rape flowers in spring, sunflowers in summer... What’s more, you will see butterflies dance in groups and cooking smoke curl upwards, just like walking into a fairy tale world.
